- No alcohol or alcoholic beverages shall be brought to or consumed in or
around the Clubhouse.
- No illicit or illegal substances shall be brought to or used in or around
the Clubhouse.
- No lewd, immoral, or indecent behavior or activities shall occur in or
around the Clubhouse.
- There is no authorized use of the pool by the Clubhouse User or guests
unless specifically granted by the Association prior to the Use Period. Anyone
in or near the pool area when a Lifeguard employed by the Association is on
not on duty nor present is trespassing and will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law.
- No live music shall be played in or around the Clubhouse without the prior
approval of the Association.
- The noise level in and around the Clubhouse shall be held at a volume that
ensures that the occupants of nearby units are not disturbed. The unit owner
who has reserved the Clubhouse shall cause the noise level in and around the
Clubhouse to be reduced upon the request of any representative of the
Association.
- If children under the age of twenty-one (21) are present in the Clubhouse,
they must be carefully supervised by a parent. For every eight (8) children
who are present in the Clubhouse, at least one person over the age of
twenty-one (21) must be present at all times.
- No more than fifty (50) people shall be present in the Clubhouse at a
time.
- All events held in the Clubhouse shall be concluded by 11:00 p.m. and all
guests must vacate the Clubhouse by that time.
- No property, equipment, or plants in or around the Clubhouse, including
the Clubhouse structure, shall be defaced, damaged, altered or destroyed.
- Those persons attending a function in the Clubhouse shall park their cars
only in those areas designated on the attached exhibit. If there is no
attached exhibit, then parking is allowed only in the gravel lot next to
the tennis court. It shall be the responsibility of the unit owner who has
reserved the Clubhouse to inform guests and invitees where they are permitted
to park, to police and supervise proper parking, and to encourage carpooling
by guests and invitees. No motor vehicle shall be driven or parked on any
grass area or walkway. Parking for Clubhouse guests is prohibited along the
roadway and in the parking lot in front of the Clubhouse. If cars are
parked in any area other than that designated above, the User may lose all or
part of their Security Deposit.
- No fee may be collected from guests or invitees attending a function at
the Clubhouse.
- Those persons attending a function at the Clubhouse must follow any and
all rules of the Laurel Homeowners Association and/or as they are amended.
