Laurel Village Clubhouse
Available exclusively to members of the Laurel Springs Homeowner's Association, the Club House is perfect for all of your events when you need a little more room. Whether it be a birthday party, holiday party, surprise baby or wedding shower or just a large family gathering, the Club House is sure to meet your needs.
An ample sized Kitchen is fully equipped for
you or your caterer. The main floor is spacious and open, with plenty of
room to dance the night away! Restroom facilities are conveniently located,
handicapped accessible entrance and ample parking
is available just outside the front door.
The pool and playground are located right next to the Club House, so the kids will have fun too.
Tennis anyone?
For the tennis enthusiast, Laurel Village has two tennis courts available for your pleasure. No waiting for a court like you might at a public facility! Parking is available at courtside for your convenience.
Just for the kids
If you have children in your life, they will love the playground facility located next to the pool. From the toddlers on up, there is something for the rambunctious young one to do.
Laurel Springs Pool
Spend those hot summer days poolside at our exclusive members only facility. A baby pool is located right next to the main pool. Both pools were just refurbished in 2003. Restroom and changing facilities are available in the clubhouse, and lifeguards on duty throughout the summer for you and your family's safety.
Do you like to travel often? Does your busy schedule prevent you from having time to maintain a yard? Maybe your at a point in your life where you just don't want the hassle of mowing the grass in the summer and shoveling the snow in the winter.
As a member of the Laurel Springs Homeowner's Association, you will enjoy the benefits of carefree living. Services included in your member ship are snow removal, lawn care, trash removal and common grounds maintenance.
