Sales and Marketing - VP/AVP/GM Sales
The person with this role will be responsible for managing Sales for the company along with his/her team thus contributing to the top-line of the organization and will be the front face of the organization for our customers seeking luxury properties in Bangalore (India). Candidate must have a stable track record and experience in similar role.
Experience : 8 to 15 yrs
Description :
  • Proactive and systematic in tracking all enquiries and calls to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Interact with Management for pre- sales strategy.
  • Efficiently managing a team ensuring optimum performance in capturing all enquires and calls to get max results.
  • Establish and maintain a client and peer professional network to get to know the trends in the markets and adapt best practices.
  • Adhere and comply the guidelines /policies/processes set for the dept.
  • One point contact for customer enquires-in bound calls, walkins, web enquiries, telemarketing etc.
  • Handle new customer queries & issues sensitively.
  • Effectively manage key accounts and other channel partners.
  • Help to strengthen sales performance thru secondary channels-realtiers, associates’ and maintain close, cordial & professional relationships.
  • Track market trends and competitors activities on ongoing basis.
  • Maintain a database and prospective customer relation system for best results.
  • Guide and supervise subordinates to fulfill targets.
  • Diligently ensure implementation of all internal/external guidelines and processes within the organization.
  • Support quality inputs and complete details of prospective customers to sales team to covert the same into sales transaction to improve the cash flows.
  • Training to pre sales executives to develop their skills.
  • Generate MIS-weekly/project wise

Sales and Marketing - CRM Manager
Achieve collection targets, To maximize revenue, Handling face to face inquiries from the customers. Providing help and advice to customers using the organizations services. Communicating with customers
Experience : 4 to 6 yrs
Description :
  • He/She should have expertise in selling to High Net Worth/Affluent Individuals & will be responsible for direct selling of residential apartments.
  • Devising and implementing competitive sales programs, strategies to improve the product awareness to ensure enhanced brand visibility.
  • Responsible for conceptualization of the project, cost-benefit analysis and planning and resource mobilization.
  • Responsible for Management of Sales & Marketing planning and implementing Business Development Strategies.
  • Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
  • Client Management to resolve issues by maintaining and building exceptional relationships as a team. Work with our clients/buyers by providing best services, including but not limited to pre and post sales advice, mediation with Governmental agencies / Bankers to procure home loans, etc.
  • Build trust & confidence to maintain healthy business relations with major clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing high quality service & achieving business deliverables.
  • Lead, mentor, monitor the team and to maintain good team spirit to achieve organizational goals and individual targets.
