  • Coordinating and obtaining NOCs, Approvals and clearances from several governmental organisations like BDA, BBMP, BWSSB, BESCOM, KPSCB, SEIAA (MOEF) Airport authority of India, HAL, BSNL and Fire & Emergency Services departments etc
  • Candidate should be expertise in land conversion  from agricultural to non-agricultural purposes and all sorts of land related works in Revenue departments like Taluk office, AC office, DC office and Panchyat office,.
  • Coordinating and obtaining Building plan approvals  from planning authrorities like BDA & BBMP,       BMRDA, BIAPPA etc.
  • Coordinating and obtaining Panchyat Khatas and BBMP Khatas.
  • Coordinating to obtaining Commencement certificates and Occupancy Certificates.

  • Responsible for conceptualization of the project, cost-benefit analysis and planning and resource mobilization.
